Rabil was a member of the 2005 and the 2007 NCAA Championship winning Johns Hopkins Blue Jay teams.Rabil was awarded the 2007 McLaughlin Award given to the nation's most outstanding NCAA lacrosse midfielder. Rabil was selected, as one of the five finalists for the 2007 and 2008 Tewaaraton Trophy, awarded to the "Most Outstanding" collegiate lacrosse player in the United States. During the 2007 season, Rabil scored two game winning goals, one against Princeton, the other against University of Maryland.
In 2008, Rabil scored six goals and recorded one assist in a losing effort against Syracuse in the 2008 National Championship game.
Known amongst college Frats as "that guy." Most famously for being denied access to a Hofstra Frat party where he famously said," You can't do this to me, do you know who I am....I am Paul Rabil!"
